PILAR was born on February 25th, 1908.  PILAR's father was ANGEL GIMENO CONCHILLO and her mother was MARIA DE ONDOVILLA Y DURAN.  Her paternal grandparents were JOSE GIMENO FERNANDEZ and DOLORES CONCHILLO ARMESTO; her maternal grandparents were PANTALEON DE ONDOVILLA DE IBARRA and MARIANA DURAN CUERVO. She had six brothers named ANTONIO, JOSE Mª, ANGEL MARIA, JOSE IGNACIO, VICENTE  and JAVIER.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
